of the Perry Central School District
Public Library Vote
FIRST TUESDAY in June
Tuesday, June 4, 2013
Noon to 9:00 PM
at the Library
|No Budget Vote:
At this year's election, there will NOT be a vote for a library budget increase. The
library will receive the amount previously approved, $175,000.
There is only a vote to elect one trustee.
The details are given below:
One (1) seat (5-year term) is to be filled on the Perry Public Library Board of
Trustees at an
election to be held at the Library on
Tuesday, June 4, 2013, Noon to 9:00 PM.
Incumbent Beverly Pedlow has served the maximum number of terms
as library trustee and will be retiring from the
Library Board when her current term ends June 30, 2013.
The new trustee term begins July 1, 2013.

candidates have submitted the required petitions
and will be on the ballot for the one trustee seat at the Tuesday, June 4, 2013,
(names drawn randomly for order on ballot):

McDanel 243 votes (*elected)
A recount of ballots by the election inspectors on June 10, 2013, at 1:00 PM, had the
exact same results as the figures shown above.

|Absentee Ballot applications are available at
Applications for absentee ballots for the purpose of voting will be
obtainable during library open hours from the Library Director. Completed
applications must be received by the Library Director at least seven (7) days before the
elections if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter or the day before the election if the
ballot is to be issued to the voter in person. Absentee ballots must be received by
the Library Director no later than 5:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
In order to participate in the VOTING
process, one must be:
1. A citizen of the United States.
2. At least eighteen (18) years old.
3. A resident of the Perry Central School District for a
period of thirty (30) days preceding the date of this vote.
